Forest Road, Walthamstow - our first co-living consent

We're thrilled to announce that plans for our first co-living building have been approved by Waltham Forest.

The landmark development will feature 90 co-living studios, extensive amenity spaces, and a BREEAM Excellent rating, delivering a sustainable new community at the heart of Walthamstow's Forest Road.
