Joe sets the strategic direction for the business. With over 15 years’ experience in the London residential markets, he has developed a reputation for his deal-making ability and quick decision-making. His primary focus is deal origination, funding, and exit strategy, underpinned by a £1 billion+ gross development value transaction history. Joe benefits from an extensive contact base and solid relationships that facilitate the continuous growth and evolution of the business.

Bringing more than 10 years of experience in project management, consultancy and tech in both the private and public sectors, Harry is responsible for ensuring our spaces are delivered successfully as well as managing the financial and operational aspects of the business. When he’s not doing that, he’s pouring over architectural plans to ensure every last detail meets the highest possible standard for our residents.

Having supported the acquisition and development of more than £250 million worth of real estate, Harry identifies new sites, undertakes due diligence and oversees deals from acquisition through to planning consent. Catch him in a free minute, and he’ll be watching recordings of planning committee meetings.

Raju is responsible for LGL’s financial planning, reporting and accounting operations to ensure full fiscal health and compliance. Having worked for a range of private and publicly traded UK companies, he brings more than 30 years of experience in the property and development business to the role. Always ahead of the curve, he loves to stay informed about the latest changes to interest rates, HMRC tax rules and accounting standards.

As well as streamlining business processes, he’s passionate about building beautiful, sustainable homes that make for great places to live.
