Dock East synergized an environmentally conscious approach with a practical necessity for new homes.
A 5,000 square metre office building was brought back to life and transformed into a modern waterside residential development featuring two new floors and interior design by Sixty3 London. The return to the building’s core structure to minimise the release of embodied carbon provides a primary example of urban renewal achieved in a sustainable way.
